Panda riding clockwork tricycle which rings the bell on the back (some of the time) as it dives along. The wheels and bell are tin plate, the trike body is plastic and the panda appears to be made of rubber. It is marked 'K Japan' Condition: C7, drives well, a bit of rust on wheels and key, bell rings intermittently.
