Information and terms of business
PRODUCTS
All the products we sell are sold as collectors items only. Toys in particular are not sold for children to play with as many of them do not comply with current toy safety regulations. Some other items may no longer be safe or suitable if used for their original purpose. We will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of using our site or service.
For most of our stock we have only one of each item available. Card payments secure the items for you as soon as the payment has been accepted but if someone else has ordered the same item just seconds before, your order may be rejected. We have a minimum order value of £5.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made by credit or debit card through our secure site or by cheque or postal orders. Payment from overseas may be made by credit or debit card only. For payment by card we will only deliver goods to the cardholder address. We do not make any surcharge for credit or debit card payments.
GUARANTEE
All goods listed on this site are believed to be genuine as described and any dates given are as accurate as we can ascertain.
Should you not be satisfied with any item it may be returned, at your expense, for full refund or exchange as long as it is in the same condition as when received. If any item is found to be not as described we will also refund your return postage. We must be notified before any item is returned and notification should be within fourteen days of receipt.
POSTAGE Inland
There is no charge for inland postage .
There is no charge for packing or insurance.
There are no charges above the cost of the goods for inland orders.
All orders are acknowledged shortly after receipt. Goods are usually sent two days after your payment has cleared, otherwise you will be advised of an alternative date. Goods are usually sent by second class post or standard parcel delivery.
POSTAGE Overseas
Postage and packing will be charged on all overseas orders. Some goods offered for sale on our site are marked for inland only as they may be too heavy or not legal to send overseas. Please note that you may be charged local taxes or duty when goods enter your country.
Goods are usually sent by air mail two days after your payment has cleared.
SECURITY
All credit and debit card details that are entered on our site are encrypted for security and passed through a secure server that is approved by the bank. We do not handle this information or keep the details on file.
